About this service
The LIT program helps youth develop leadership skills and gain valuable experience while having fun with children. It allows youth to give back to your community and earn leadership or volunteer hours for school too!
A Leader In Training (LIT) volunteers with City of Edmonton recreation leaders to run summer programs for children.
- Volunteers must attend an intake night
- LITs must attend both days of training to participate in the program.
- Volunteers in the program must volunteer for a minimum of two weeks in July or August
