About this service
This ministry provides temporary shelter for homeless women who may face exceptional challenges in finding safe housing. This is a safe and secure environment that is alcohol and drug free, non-smoking and no pets. The Valeda residence can accommodate six women with one or two children under the age of five for up to six months. Each family has their own bedroom with a bed for mom plus a toddler bed or crib as needed. The kitchen, living room, and other spaces are communal. Valeda House is designed specifically to provide temporary shelter to women who are pregnant and homeless, for homeless women with children under the age of five, and for single women who are homeless.

Homeless women who are pregnant, single or with children under 5 years old.
