About this service

Civida provides approximately 4500 homes in the Community Housing program where your rent is geared to your income. Civida is the landlord for the Community Housing Program.

Civida offers a variety of apartments and townhouses, as well as studio to five bedroom units. A security deposit is required and rent is based on the households income; applicants are assessed by priority for this program. Income is also reviewed on an annual basis

and may be adjusted if the household income changes. All household members must be eligible as defined by the Social Housing Accommodation.
