About this service
You may apply for bursaries to be used for ugrading and certificate programs, especially for part time students. The applicant may choose for her/his identity to remain confidential, or may choose to be recognized in public ways proposed by NorQuest or CEASE.
This bursary is named after a young woman, Rachel Quinney, whose hope for a fresh start in life was cut short. She was murdered June 11, 2004 at the age of 19. She had hoped to return to NorQuest that September.
