About this service
With our partners, we work to remove community-identified barriers to mental health supports and services for children and families, while providing community-based access to such services.
The First Nations Team
The First Nations team includes: a Mental Health Therapist; Occupational therapist; and a Child and Youth Mentor. This Multidisciplinary team engages with the communities and other service providers to deliver integrated, holistic Indigenous mental health practice.
Who can access service?
Children, youth and families living in or actively connected to the Alexander, Alexis, Paul and Enoch First Nations are eligible for services.
How do I refer?
We receive referrals from and work directly with community-based supports and services including health and wellness centres, schools, and programs for infant and preschool children. It is possible for community members to request services themselves.
