About this service

In consultation with our business partners, Employment Services can refer job-ready, program-tested participants who might fit an employers need.

The transitional labour model allows the employer and the worker to work together for a period of 2-3 weeks to determine fit. In many ways the transitional model is a prolonged job interview. If the placement is deemed a success by both parties after the trial period, the worker then moves to Part or Full Time status.
