About this service

An Aboriginal Family Night where families, children, and school staff can get together to enjoy a free supper and entertainment. The Family Nights began in 2006 as a partnership between Bent Arrow Traditional Healing Society and Edmonton Public Schools.

To bring Aboriginal families and school staff together in a safe, comfortable environment at the school, and to bridge the gap between the Aboriginal families and the school so that Aboriginal families feel more comfortable in their interactions with the schools and the community.
