About this service
This in school mentoring program is way to get involved with a child. It allows volunteer mentors (Bigs) to share time with a child (Little) in their school during the school-day. Bigs meet with their Little following the 20-20-20 rule: 20 minutes of getting to know each other and catching up, 20 minutes of school work, and 20 minutes of free time. In addition to friendship and overall support, the focus is on literacy and homework.
Who can use it?
Mentees: Kids between 6 and 18; Mentor: Anyone over 18
