About this service
Located at 10645 95th Street, our building has 16 bachelor suites. Small but very secure units. Our building has a really good community with people watching out for others. Both men and women tenants in the building.
The building has CRHC Subsidy on the suites. The rent is 30% of the applicants gross income as per CRHC. Usually $175 for people on SFI (Works) and $340 for people on AISH. We currently have one space available immediately and another two spaces that will be ready for June 1st.
We are looking for Tenants who want long term stable housing, people that have no addictions and who are not recently recovering from addictions, people who are looking to have a safe space to call home, a door to lock and a place to make their own, people who are neat and tidy, someone who will fit in well to a community of other low income tenants with big hearts, If this is you, then please feel free to give me a call and we can discuss next steps.
