About this service
This project aims to build capacity in parents by increasing their confidence in supporting their childrens safety. Through workshops and one on one support, parents and care givers can expect to increase their understanding and awareness of topics such as The Rights of The Child, Bullying, Healthy Relationships, Youth and The Law, Drugs and Alcohol Use and Abuse. The project currently provides services in the following communities: Sudanese, Oromo, Francophone African, Arabic and Syrian. The workshops and one on one sessions are all provided in the common native language of the community.
