About this service
The Employment Preparation Program is available to individuals who would like to develop or refine vocational skills as a preparatory step towards competitive employment. Each individual taking part in the Employment Preparation component will work with staff to design a detailed program plan that is customized to their individual goals.
Employment Preparation services include vocational assessments, career and interest explorations and work experience. A variety of skill development and employment counselling workshops can also be included as part of the individual's service plan.
