About this service
This is one on one support with a Counsellor/Case Manager. The Case Manager will work with you to explore your options as a newcomer and create a plan of action. There will be assessments, mental health support, and referrals for any needed services.
With this program you will also have personalized support at home, someone to come to appointments with you, and someone to help you with different community systems.
