About this service
The Circle is for women committed to developing self-awareness and self-control in connection with anger. The program explores the roots of anger and addresses the underlying barriers that contribute to anger and aggression while also teaching positive, healthy communication skills. The program is interactive and creative techniques are integrated with elements of narrative, art, music and movement exercises that can be used as powerful tools in expressing feelings and moving through anger.
The program is a 12 week, closed Circle that runs 3 times per year.
