Action for Healthy Communities Employment Team is responsive, client-centred, and skills-focused. We make a conscious effort to maintain a big-picture view and look Beyond Jobs to support job seekers to build individual and community capacity.
Rather than look only to the immediate issues, we have and continue to develop programming, resources, and relationships that help to transform systemic barriers. It is this approach that allows us to truly pursue newcomer integration and meet our community development goals.
