Wecan Cooperative for Community & Economic Development

Through cooperation and participation, we aim to create a community which provides a healthy and safe environment where people can work and play in harmony with mutual support.

Our cooperative was created by the residents of Abbottsfield and Rundle communities.

We have a vision of the future that involves the community as well as our cooperative. In the true sense of cooperatives, we focus on putting ownership in the hands of the people.

We do this by:

a) providing employment in our community

b) creating new initiatives based on our ideas and skills

c) learning and growing from our interaction with others

d) actively participating in making our community a better place to live

We are committed to providing the highest quality, most comprehensive employment services to employers and job seekers in our community.
