About this organization
Designated Assisted Living (DAL) programs combine accommodation with individual care and support for each resident. In addition to rent, the services include 3 meals per day plus snacks and housekeeping.
Laundering of towels and bed linens is provided; as well nursing services such as medication and bathing assistance is also given. There is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to oversee care 24 hours a day and a Registered Nurse (RN) on call at all times.
All persons living in DAL units must be assessed by AHS supportive living staff prior to being accepted at Golden Age Manor. The assessment includes a review of their medical and financial status. AHS Supportive Living can be contacted at (780) 496-1300.
We offer DAL under a contract with AHS. Nursing staff are available onsite 24/7. Emergency call pendant necklaces are given to each DAL resident. There are walk-in showers available if needed. All entrances and exits are wheelchair accessible.
