About this service
The 4 Wing Maternity Wellness Program is an initiative of the PSP Health Promotion Department, PSP Fitness & Sports Department and the MFRC Family Liaison Officer. This Program was created in response to an identified gap in appropriate programming available at the Wing for prenatal and postpartum individuals.
This 8-week program includes three components to adequately address the gap:
- Fitness
- Educational sessions
- Support
