About this organization
Programs offered by the Parent Link Centre (PLC) are based on the philosophy that play is a critical part of children's learning. Play allows children to enhance their skills in every area of development. Each program is designed to give your child a variety of play opportunities to increase their fine motor, gross motor, problem solving, sensory and social-emotional skills.
The PLC has a lending library complete with parent resources and children's books available to borrow. We also offer Parent Education courses on a variety of topics. Early Child Educators are on staff to answer any parenting questions you may have.
Parenting is one of the hardest jobs in the world. Visit any of our age-appropriate programs to play, meet other parents in your community and connect with the many resources we have to offer.
