About this organization
My therapeutic work draws primarily on the principles of mindfulness meditation and cognitive behaviour therapy. I enjoy integrating these two modalities to develop a plan with clients that suits both their mental health needs and their own personal tastes.
The majority of my clients have experienced depression, anxiety, chronic illness, and/or sexual health concerns. I currently run a group program for individuals with multiple sclerosis who struggle with anxiety and depression. I also work with individuals who have had a cancer diagnosis, providing mindfulness meditation programs and workshops dedicated to sexual health and couples' intimacy.
