The Veteran Family Program offers medically-releasing CAF members and their families continued access to the Military Family Resource Centres and to a suite of transition-support programs and services. When it comes to transition, every path is different. The first step is choosing a direction. To help with that, the program coordinator will help you develop your familys "care plan".
