About this service
Sports-Nastix is a beginner-level physical literacy program designed for children aged 4 and above. The program combines ball sports and gymnastics, aiming to teach children fundamentals of movement through games, music, gymnastics, tumbling and various ball sports, including basketball, soccer, football, hockey and volleyball. It is structured as an unparented class and focuses on developing children's fundamental movement skills. The program is part of Luna P.L.A.Y Kids, which offers a range of physical literacy and gymnastics programs for children aged 0 to 9 years.
