PLAY-NASTIX

Play-Nastix is a program offered by Luna P.L.A.Y. Kids that aims at developing the basic physical literacy and gymnastics skills in children between ages 1 and 9. The classes are characterized by music, themes, imaginative play, tumbling, and various fun games. The program emphasizes fundamental movement skills like galloping, hopping, skipping, and twisting, targeted at enabling them to enjoy physical activities as they mature. It also includes discussions about life skills, such as diversity, hard work, and kindness. Play-Nastix offers a variety of classes, including free play-based programs for infants and toddlers, a semi-structured program for 2-3-year-olds, and more advanced classes for older kids. Moreover, Luna P.L.A.Y. Kids offers additional programs like Ninja-Nastix, Sports-Nastix, and dance-nastix, which blend physical literacy with other activities such as parkour, karate, ball sports, and dance. They also conduct classes for yoga, a multi-sport program, and Zumbini, a fun music and movement class. Luna P.L.A.Y. Kids also hosts birthdays and events such as Kids-Night-Out and preschool parties.
