Dance-Nastix is a beginner-friendly physical literacy program offered by Luna P.L.A.Y Kids for children aged 0-9 years. The program combines elements of gymnastics, dance, and physical play to develop fundamental movement skills and independence. It teaches basic gymnastic skills, tumbling, and age-appropriate games, focusing on routines set to music. The program includes opportunities for kids to explore equipment and becomes slightly more rigorous than the Rocket Kids class. Dance-Nastix is founded on the philosophy of fostering kindness, hard work, diversity, and other life-skills in children within an engaging and fun environment.
