Anniversary Park & Beach, located at 208 West Chestermere Drive, is a tranquil location featuring a beautiful sand beach, a lakeside promenade, rolling grass hills, picnic spaces, and green spaces. The park also has bathrooms on-site for public use. Despite having no capacity limits, the area is regularly patrolled by RCMP and CPOs. However, the city of Chestermere does not take responsibility for loss or injury to park users or damaged property. Beach rules include restrictions on pets, smoking, alcohol, and BBQs in the beach area. Parking space is limited, and alternate parking may be available at John Peake Park. The park is open outside of the hours from 12 a.m. to 5 a.m. The cleanliness and sanitation of the washrooms and showers are regularly maintained.
