About this service
Caregiver Connections Family Peer Support is for any parent or caregiver or who is supporting someone with a mental health concern, illness or addiction. Formal diagnosis by a doctor is not required for caregivers to attend. Free Group and individual support are available to individuals and families.
Support is provided by a trained Peer Facilitator- someone who has "been there"- who will share information and resources to assist families in achieving wellness for themselves in their journey supporting others.
