Equine Reflection - Teens/Tweens Program

Lets face it youth have been taught to be well less than honest with how they feel. In their interaction with a horse, teens, or tweens, discover how much they have stuffed their personal truth, to fit in, to please authority figures, and to comply with being normal. Horses want nothing to do with someone who isnt standing in their personal power. While working with horses youth discover they just need to be themselves. What an amazing gift at a young age!

Young people today are growing up in an overstimulated environment, this causes, anxiety, depression and a lack of true connection. Horses provide the space for teens to disconnect from the world of web and reconnect with themselves, and others in a more profound way. Being with a horse brings the individual back to grounding, to nature, and to what is real. Equine assisted programs build youth up and give them authentic confidence.
