About this service
YCAP is a vocational training program for at-risk & homeless youth, ages 15-24
We Provide:
6-8 weeks of training for employment in the culinary industry with stipend support
Hands on instruction with a professional chef, incorporating menu planning
Life skill development supporting con ict management, professional conduct and teamwork
Peer leader mentorship opportunities
Employment support & opportunities, with a Starbucks work placement opportunity
