About this service
The EXIT Outreach program provides a safe environment to support clients (12-24) at risk of being homeless and/or exiting homelessness. EXIT provides any young person seeking crisis support, health, mental health, addictions, employment and housing support.
Our mobile outreach van provides crisis support for vulnerable youth and families throughout Calgary communities and schools. Our team is committed to supporting self-sufficiency by co-ordinating resources and making referrals to assist young people living on the street.
