This program is for individuals who are able to live in their own home, but require ongoing support on a weekly or monthly basis to remain successful and safe while maintaining a good quality of life. Support needs can vary from low (less than 10 hours per month) to high (20 hours per week). Personal development and skill attainment in independent living skills are a priority in this program. Assisting individuals to connect to and with community enables greater personal independence and belonging.
