About this service
At many TPFA properties there are on-site social work staff who assist tenants and coordinate resources during regular business hours. Our staff is trained to work with seniors and have experience with the specific issues and concerns faced as people age.
The role of our Social Workers is to advocate on your behalf. Our focus is to do what we can to bring about the highest possible quality of life by preserving and promoting physical and mental health for our residents.
Every TPFA resident is welcome to contact the social worker or tenant resource coordinator assigned to their building. If your building is not listed, please contact your building manager and they will connect you.
