About this service
Eleanors House is a strength-based transitional housing program for youth ages 13 to 17 who are experiencing sexual exploitation and are contemplating making positive and healthy changes in their lifestyle.
At Eleanors House we place a strong emphasis on physical, emotional and spiritual health while providing education, skill development and social emotional learning. This is done within a safe environment allowing for personal growth and self-awareness.
Families and Natural Supports are highly encouraged to participate by coming to Eleanors House for activities and are welcome in the program. Youth transitioning to independent living are provided knowledge and practical opportunities to be successful in the community.
