About this service
The Salvation Army is an integral part of the Christian Church, although distinctive in government and practice. The Armys doctrine follows the mainstream of Christian belief and its articles of faith emphasise Gods saving purposes. Its objects are the advancement of the Christian religion, of education, the relief of poverty, and other charitable objects beneficial to society or the community of mankind as a whole.

Community Services (Calgary) has a staff complement of 160+ men and women dedicated to providing their best to assist the people who come through our doors, giving them hope for today and the days to come. We offer a variety of programs and services to men, women, and children from all walks of life, operating out of five locations.
