Did you know that gender is not about being a man or a woman? Gender is how we express who we are in this world. It helps us define our presence authentically by allowing us to flow to, between, and from the binaries of masculine and feminine expressions. So if gender is expression, then what is identity?
Who is this group for?
Flowing Hearts is for anyone and everyone, ages 16 and over, who wants to explore gender identity and expression outside of societys binary rules. If youre curious about non-binary identities, then this group is for you!
What is this group about?
Flowing Hearts will explore diverse topics such as body image, health, medical options, stereotypes, sexuality, and self-pride. This group will help its participants have a better understanding of who they are, who they want to grow to be, and how to live authentically.
Who can use it?
Non-binary and gender diverse people 16+ years of age
