About this service
Our peer support outreach program is offered through our Calgary branch, and allows those living with schizophrenia to meet with a peer in comfortable locations out in the community.
Our trained outreach workers can meet with you if you aren't able to come into the Calgary branch or would prefer to meet in a public place. Like all of our peer support workers, they are SSA clients themselves and deeply understand the journey you're on.
Weekly outings can be arranged so you can regularly meet with someone who will listen, offer supportive and nonjudgemental advice, and share their own story. You're not alone, and we're here to help you on your journey to recovery.
