About this service

ReStart Leadership Program is for youth aged 12-24 who would like to increase their leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. This free program is offered during and after school hours in schools and communities throughout Calgary. F

ReStart is offered through 11-sessions and provides youth with an opportunity to learn and connect with peers. The 11-sessions cover the following:

  • Social Skills
  • Managing Emotions
  • Decision Making
  • Risk Taking
  • Drug Awareness
  • Alcohol Use Awareness
  • Healthy Relationships
  • The Effects of Media
  • Resisting Peer Pressure
  • Family Communication

For youth enrolled in ReStart who may require additional guidance we also offer 1 to 1 support sessions. 1 to 1 sessions are provided by our skilled facilitators and help youth work towards their leadership and interpersonal goals.
