About this service
Parenting Coordination (PC) is a service for parents who have ongoing disputes about a custody order, parenting plan or separation agreement and who do not want to go to court to resolve those disputes. It is designed for parents who cannot agree on day-to-day matters affecting their children, and it is most useful for parents who already have a parenting plan and a permanent court order.
Our Parenting Coordinators are professionally regulated and registered by the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW). We believe that working from a child-centered model, while offering support and assistance to both parties so they can be the best parents possible, is the most effective approach. We are able to offer practical assistance and strategies, flexible appointments, and timely responses in an effort to reduce the anxiety of our clients and to form a positive professional relationship.
