About this service
The Stepping Stones Triple P program is a system of supports offered through weekly sessions in the privacy of the families own home. The sessions provide parents with a selection of strategies specific to goals identified by parents specifically related to their childs behaviour and development. Triple P aims to work with parents to use Positive Parenting strategies to develop a positive relationship with their child, encourage appropriate behavior, teach their child new skills, manage misbehavior and implement planned activities routines for high-risk parenting situations. With the support of the Practitioner, parents set their own goals and decide which parenting strategies to implement based upon their values and needs of the child and family.
