About this service
This online counselling group is for people who deal with toxic relationships and want to break free from the toxic dynamics. The group can be beneficial for you if you co-parent with a toxic ex-partner, if you have a toxic manager, if you have a toxic partner, or toxic family relationships. Participating in this group, you will learn new strategies to address unhealthy dynamics, apply skills to have healthy behaviour in relationships and heal wounds that may block you from having healthy relationships. Please note that this is an online group, so you would need to have a safe place where you have privacy. For further information, please email Natalie (natalie@nataliejovanic.com). The group runs every Tuesday at 7 pm MDT.
