About this service
Our school programs are geared for elementary, junior high and high schools, and are based on a Comprehensive School Health model. The cost for the full year intervention of NSTEP EAT WALK LIVE Elementary school program is $24.00 per student, a toonie a month. The cost for the full year intervention for NSTEP Teen Brain program for junior/middle schools is $15.00 per student.
We believe that small changes cumulatively add up to huge results. Students and children of all ages learn new skills, and get to practice new behaviours, that will eventually become habits. Additionally, we also work with caretakers, teachers, parents, etc. to help them learn what foods to buy and eat.
