About this service
Individuals live independently or semi-independently in the community and require workers to provide home living support and community opportunities. Staff takes on a coaching role and may provide support in areas of health, dietary, home management, safety, community and interest connections, leisure, relationship development/maintenance, emotional support, etc. with the individual. The amount of time spent with the individual varies depending on client needs.
