About this service
Our PEER curriculum for kids in school was inspired from the Health and Physical Education Ontario Curriculum and the Long Term Athletic Developmental Model. At PEER for School Kids, participants develop fundamental movement skills in a fun and safe environments for play. The focus is on providing, inclusive, multi-sport and developmentally appropriate sport and physical activity for kids affected by cancer on and off treatment. Participants will develop skills in a wide range of movement, while building the confidence and desire they need to participate in activities outside PEER.
