About this service
The Adult Day Program is a fun way for participants to stay active and healthy. The program is for people age 50 and over with health challenges. Participants enjoy one or two days a week at the Centre. This includes recreation activities and health monitoring. Lunch is provided in the dining room.
The Adult Day Program also allows caregivers a respite to see to their own health and wellness.
