About this service
All services are direct billed to FSCD providing the family has an active, approved and current contract.
Families are responsible for any activity costs for their family member and home support worker when on outings. Please note there are a lot of activities where the home support worker is free.
Overnights can be provided in either the family or staff home. We ask that the overnight is booked at least 1 week in advance. If a family goes over the 24-hour period they will be charged hourly.
Respite care can be provided in either the family or staff home. This service is provided any time of day or evening 7 days a week. All routines are followed under the parent's/ guardian instruction
We provide an aide for community programs and outings. Community aide can also be used to learn life skills.
Work related care can be provided in the family or staffs home. We provide before and after school care including full time care for all holidays. There is an extra charge for sibling care.
