About this service
This inpatient program works to prepare people going back into their community or to another care facility. The goal of the clinic is to maximize the person's neuromuscular, cognitive, and psychosocial recovery.
This service provides:
- diagnoses of neurological disorders, such as: stroke, brain or spinal cord injury, MS, Guillain-Barre, etc.
- a comprehensive patient-centred assessment and treatment program
- education for patients and their families
- consultation to patients under 16 years of age at the Alberta Children's Hospital
