About this service
Connections is a long-term, multi-activity program with three focus areas connecting with self, building social networks, and exploring your community all while having fun.
Modules include health and well-being, social skills development, art therapy, educational discussions, exploring the community and cultivating leisure interests.
The activities offered are a fun way for you to experience and personalize your learning.
Program runs three days a week you can choose a morning or afternoon session: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon or 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Who can use it?
Adults with addiction and/or mental health diagnoses. Complete referral form located on website
