About this service
A 6 storey concrete structure comprised of 60 one bedroom suites with large windows in each living room making the suites bright and comfortable. There are 12 balcony units and 48 non balcony units. A well maintained and clean building built in 1977. Situated to the south of Princes Island Park and just west of Eau Claire Market on 1st Avenue, you would never know that you were living in downtown Calgary. However the convenience of busing allows quick access to both Kensington and downtown. Just across the street is the walking path through Princes Island Park.
