About this service
DBT Skills Training groups follow the Dialectical Behavior Therapy model. These groups are 12-weeks long (2 hours/ week), focusing on mental health and well-being for teens (13-17 years) and young adults (18-27 years). No formal mental health diagnosis is required. Groups are offered virtually.

o Manage distressful situations without feeling worse

Groups are a safe space to connect with others and learn mental health skills.
We help provide access regardless of their financial situation via bursaries. Groups are led by registered clinician and certified DBT Skills Training facilitator.
Who can use it?
Teens (13-17 years) and young adults (18-27 years). No formal mental health diagnosis required.
