About this service
The Men's Counselling Service offers counselling for men who are concerned that their anger and abusive behaviours are negatively impacting their family members. Group and individual counselling options available.
The Men's Counselling Service provides voluntary counselling for men who have acknowledged problems with anger or being abusive and/or controlling. We are unable to provide progress reports or formal assessments. Under certain conditions we may, upon request, provide a standard letter of attendance, in which we note the number of sessions attended, a description of the program, and a statement that "overcoming such problems is difficult and progress should be gauged by success in dealing with real-life situations."
