About this service
Each year thousands of unsuspecting youth are misled by predators online. Kids now, more than ever, require skills to keep themselves safe while still having the privilege and fun of accessing the net. This course will cover uses and abuses of the net, personal information disclosure, social media, handling emails and forms, cyber bullying, and how to stay safe while surfing. All lessons will be interactive, and students will receive a safety workbook full of valuable information to take home. All siblings in a household ages seven and up should register. Please note: Computer software and technical programming will not be covered.
