About this service
In partnership with Corrections Canada, our parole program provides residency for four parolee women coming from correctional institutions. As the women work on making the transition from a corrections institute to moving into the community, the women can implement the changes they have learned and continue to learn, in an environment where support staff offers supervision alongside a caring atmosphere.
The cottage has several common areas where clients can interact and relax. A cozy living room provides a TV and a WII game console. Downstairs, clients can play games, do a puzzle, or work on various arts and crafts projects. Off the dining room, clients can sit and read or just enjoy the great outdoors on the patio (weather permitting, of course).
